Located in the heart of the 5th Arrondissement, it is next to the Notre Dame Cathedral. This exceptional location in the heart of the Quartier Latin is obviously one of the most renowned areas of Paris containing many historical points of interest. Famous institutes of learning are found in this area like La Sorbonne, retaining much of its old character, and Jussieu. It is as well just a few steps away from Saint Germain des Prés and the famous Jardins du Luxembourg.The neighborhood is very lively with many bars and restaurants.

habitación Apartamento Quartier Latin (2) habitación doble The studio is situated on the sixth floor ( on seven) of a post war building with elevator. A security system and an intercom protect the main entrance gate. The apartment faces the street, it has an east exposure. The walls are white-painted and it has blue wall to wall floor everywhere except in the bathroom, which is tiled. The entry door opens on a small corridor with a built-in wall cupboard. It leads directly to the main room with its open kitchen. On its left-hand side is the bathroom.

The 27-m2 main room has two French windows opening onto a balcony with a view on the facing building. It is furnished with a blue bed (140cm wide), two bedside tables with lamp, a (140cm-wide) yellow sofa bed, a cabled TV, a VCR and a stereo. The open eat-in kitchen is on the left-hand side in the main room. It is equipped with a dining table, a microwave, a small fridge, two electric hotplates, a coffee maker, a stainless-steel sink and a cooker hood. All the necessary utensils are in the cupboard. The bathroom is tiled. It includes a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead and a plastic curtain, a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a washing machine and a toilet.

El apartamento esta al ladito de Notre-Dame en una zona con mucha vida y movimiento.Llena de sitios baratos para comer (kebaps en su mayoria).Es una zona que inspira seguridad. Estuvimos en otra zona en un hotel y muchisimo mejor esta.El apartamento es amplio y tiene mucha luz. Se corresponde exactamente al de la fotografia. Tiene un pequeño calefactor con el que se esta perfectamente.Estabamos muy contentos con el apartamento por amplitud, luminosidad y localizacion. La unica pega esq para entrar tienes que meter un codigo, no tiene portero ni nada. Y no nos habian avisado. Tuvo que venir un chino de la tienda de en frente a darnos un numero de telefono con el que hablamos con la dueña que bajo a abrirnos. Ella solo habla ingles pero es muy agradable. Recomiendo el apartamento, nosotros quedamos muy contentos!

Tuvimos que esperar en la puerta con el equipaje más de una hora. No me dieron recibo del pago. Hacia mucho calor y el apartamento no tiene aire acondicionado. El ruido era terrible por la noche y, de madrugada, el camión de la basura tardaba media hora en pasar. El ascensor no funcionaba y era un sexto piso.
