We were here for our anniversary. Weather was extremely bad. Had to move due to TV not working. Tried to order the movie Hugo but when the TV would not take our credit card which the hotel had approved as well as a restaurant the following day, we called the front desk but they did not seem to care. Ball teams and children were extremely noisy from about 8:30 till dawn and even later so little sleep was to be had. Burnt fingers next morning at breakfast when coffee would not turn off. Drapery pull was broken. When we complained at checkout especially about noise, the response was that they had had many other complaints. We were extremely disappointed with this, our first stay at Embassy Suites, and will be reluctant to stay in another.
