Loved this hotel. For the price of a regular hotel room, you get a 1 bedroom suite! The ocean view was terrific, the room was awesome (it was room 1029; all the xx29 rooms are on the corner so you get a good view and windows on two sides). It's one block from the beach so it truly doesn't matter that you are not on the ocean. We also stayed at the Sheraton Waikiki and liked this a lot better. Bigger rooms and not nearly as busy (Sheraton has 1700 rooms). The full breakfast (omellete station etc.) included was awesome - the kids loved it. The pool area was great. Overall a huge thumbs up for the Embassy Suites in Waikiki.
