The EconoLodge at Bush Intercontinental Airport was very well kept. Alfred Green was especially helpful in going to and coming from the Bush HIA. The breakfast was very good -- especially the hot waffles. The map to the motel was a bit difficult to follow: There is a FM 1960 and a FM 1960A that is not clearly defined by the map.

I requested a room for 3 persons and the room just had 1 king size bed. They said that you didn´t tell them that the reservation was for 3 persons but they offered to bring and extra bed. The problem was that they didn´t appear with the bed and 4 hrs later I had to call the front desk for request it again. When they finally appears with the bed they left in the room but they didn´t make any arrangement and the didn´t bring extra towel or any thing else. The hotel is simple and isn´t bad but the service it is not very good.

Everything is ok, nice place, nice services, nice clean and big room, nice price, only i missed some milk and jelly in continental breakfast offered.

The hotel overbooked the rooms and failed to notify Venere. Upon arriving to the hotel the front desk attendant said the rooms where overbooked and said that the hotel would not accomodate us. They did not offer to help find hotel accommodations for us to stay and failed contact us in advance to notify us of the problem. The hotel staff is unorganized and rude.
