Great location. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We were by the elevator and on the 2nd floor so the noise through the night from people and sirens kept waking us up. We were there just one night and we had plans with friends elsewhere so we didn't use any of the facilities or bars, etc. Overall it was a nice experience at a good price.

This hotel has many pluses, but also some minuses: Pluses: Great location, close to many sights/famous buildings. Nice rooms, we had a nice deluxe room at one of the upper floors. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Polite and helpful staff. Minuses: Wifi is free in the lobby, but has a ridiculous high fee if you want to use it from your room. This is why there is always a lot of people queuing up in the reception area surfing the internet from their laptop or smartphone. No breakfast room. Breakfast can be ordered one day in advance and is served at your room. Several breakfast places in the area. Rooms has no fridge or minibar, no tea or coffee facilities. High rates, but that´s New York.... All in all - we might be back!

Our room was really small, photographs doesn't reflect all rooms but only the biggest. Staff is so cold. At the check out we left our luggage at reception, for this service they asked us 3 $ per luggage!!

My room was close to the elevators' wall and the noise was awful all day and night. The room was very spacious though and the bed was comfortable. The carpet is very old and does not look attractive. I requested the slippers and they did not have any. My request was completed on the second day of my stay.
