How to reach Hotel Derag & Living Karl Theodor

By car
From Stuttgart A8: exit München West, then go straight ahead into Verdistraße. Follow the street until Amalienburg and then drive along Menzingerstraße. At the Nymphenburger Schloß, turn left onto the Nördliche Aufahrtsallee. At the end of the street, turn left onto Waisenhausstraße. At the next traffic light turn right onto Klugstraße. The fourth crossroad is Paschstraße. Hotel Karl Theodor is to be found at the immediate corner.
From Salzburg A8: at the Brunntal Dreieck take the motorway in direction Garmisch/München-Giesing. Drive straight ahead until the end of the motorway. On the Mittlerer Ring take direction north (Nürnberg motorway). Leave Mittlerer Ring in direction Neuhausen and get into the left line. At the first possibility turn left onto Nymphenburger Straße. After the Rotkreuzplatz and after 500 meters turn right onto Waisenhausstraße. Turn right at the second traffic light onto Klugstraße. The fourth crossing street is Paschstraße and the hotel Karl Theodor is to be found at the immediate corner.
From Munich Airport/from Nürnburg A9: from A92 (motorway) direction Munich, change to the A9 (direction Munich). Exit München Schwabing. Drive through the Petueltunnel, keep on straigt. At the 2nd traffic light turn left onto Hanauer Straße. At the next traffic light turn left onto Dachauer Straße. At the next possibility turn right onto Baldurstraße. At Baldurplatz turn left at the traffic light onto Dantestraße. Follow this street until the pedestrian crossing and turn left into Hohenlohestraße. At the end of the street turn right onto Paschstraße. You will recognize hotel Karl Theodor on the left hand side after 150 meters.
From Lindau A96: drive until the end of motorway Sendling. Turn left onto Garmischer Straße (Mittlerer Ring). Follow the Mittleren Ring (Landshuter Allee). Turn left into Dachauer Straße. At the first possibility turn left onto Baldurstraße. Turn left onto Dante straße. Driving straight ahead Dantestraße you will reach Waisenhausstraße. Turn left onto Klugstraße. At this crossing you will see the underground station Gern. The fourth crossroad is Paschstraße.

By train
From the main railway station: take the tram 20/21 in direction Hanauer Straße/Moosach. Get off at the station Olympiapark West. Cross the street on the right in the opposite direction of the tram. Follow the footpath to Klugstraße, always straight on. After 200 meters you will recognize the hotel Karl Theodor on your right hand side behind the supermarket Tengelmann.
Otherwise, take the underground U1 in direction Georg-Brauchle-Ring. Get off at the station Gern. Between the Sparkasse and the travel agency Gern turn into Klugstraße. Go straight on. After 400 meters you will see the hotel Karl Theodor on the left hand side behind the supermarket Tengelmann.

By airplane
Arriving at the airport Munich Franz Joseph Strauss: from the Airport take the tram S1 in direction Hauptbahnhof. Change at Moosach to the tram 20 direction Karlsplatz, get off at the Olympiapark West station, exit Klugstraße. Turn right onto Klugstraße until Paschstraße. The hotel Karl Theodor is directly at the corner behind the supermarket Tengelmann.
