Residence Liro is a new building, the apartments are furnished in an appropriate and charming manner. Sitting just 500m from the lake the apartments offer great views
Casa Liro is a newly built two-story building of eight apartments. One apartment has a large balcony with table and chairs on the south side and a small balcony on the kitchen side that overlooks the small mountain stream, Liro.

The apartments are furnished in an appropriate and charming manner. Front side view from the building overlooks beautiful meadows . The lakeside is only 500 m. away; restaurants, supermarket and shops at 400 m.

You will find charming old villages, historical monuments and lovely gardens on the lake side in private villas, now open to the public (Villa Carlotta, Villa Melzi). The largest town on the north -west coast is Como , with historical monuments, and wonderful shops for that special purchase of Italian fashion

The apartment can accommodate up to six people. Two double bedrooms . A large living room with satellite TV, a sofa double and corner with two single beds. The open kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Garage for car.

" GIULIA" spacious apartment (100 m2) on the ground floor with garden in front of the house facing south, furnished with table and deckchairs. At the back another garden with a barbecue, overlooking the small mountain and stream Liro. The apartment can accommodate up to four people. Two double bedrooms . A large living room with satellite TV, a sofa double. The open kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker/oven, microwave and dishwasher. Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. Garage for car.

" LAURA " apartment ( 100 m2) sleeps up to four people. The upper floor has a double bedroom, an open loft area with twin beds, and a bathroom with bath. The main level of the apartment can sleep two more people on a pull out sofa in the living room. The open kitchen is equipped with a cooker/oven, microwave and dishwasher. A second bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The apartment also has central heating and satallite TV. Enjoy outdoor dining on the balcony, with great views.
There are other apartments to the Residence Liro. The two can be rented together and therefore be suitable for larger groups.
