We stayed at this B&B for 5 nights. The room was quite simple but cleand. The telephone didn't work, here was no amoire, only a small casket in the wall. We had our window to the backside of the house, so the ernormous noise from the streets was almoust acceptable. I know there is one room which has its window in the font courtyard, right above the restaurants kitchen whitch is based in the ground floor of the house. Don't take this one or you'll have a kitchensmell in your room. The bathroom was quite small but ok - this was one of the advantages of this B&B that every room has its own bathroom. The staff is not always present at the reception, only from approx. 7.30-18.00. The girl at the reception was always very helpful and friendly but she spoke only italian, no english. The breakfeast wos in the restaurant just around the corner and it was very poor. Every day the same croissants, a coffe and a glas of orangejuice. You will also get a 20% discount on meals in that restaurant - but you can have better quality elsewhere in Naples. All in all i can not really recommend this hotel because the service was really too poor for the price we were charged - 85€/ night for a double! This is too expencive for this hotel-category! Due to this we left after 5 nights to another B&B - Il fiori di Napoli, Via Garibaldi 92 - where we were friendly welcomed and only charged €60 per night including internet use. This B&B i can really recommend to anyone!

Frühstück in der dazugehörigen Bar war ok (bis auf einmal kalten Kaffee - und das in Italien!), das Zimmer sehr schön und sauber, die Lage ideal, würde jederzeit wieder dort übernachten und die Locanda Dell'Arte auch weiterempfehlen. Auf der Website ist allerdings auf einer Seite die Lage falsch eingezeichnet.

From the Cavour underground stop, reach the National Museum located on the right side. At the crossroad turn left onto via Pessina. The property is about 50 meters/164 feet ahead.
From the Dante underground stop, exit and walk along via Pessina. The property is on your right.

By car
Exiting the Capodimonte ring road merge onto via Santa Teresa Degli Scalzi. At the crossroad with the National Museum starts via Pessina where you will find the property about 100 meters/328 feet on the left.

By train
At Naples' central train station, located in Piazza Garibaldi, take the underground line 2 and get off at the first stop Piazza Cavour. Exiting the station reach the National Museum. Then turn left towards via Pessina. The property is about 100 meters/328 feet on the left. Alternatively, you can take the bus line 47.

By airplane
The Alibus service connects Naples' International Airport with the train station of Piazza Garibaldi. From there follow the indications above.
The service also connects the airport with the port of Piazza Municipio. From there reach Piazza Municipio, turn left into via Medina. Here you can find a lot of bus lines: C57, R1, R4 and 24.

By ferry
Exiting Naples port reach Piazza Municipio. Turn on the left into via Medina. Here you can find a lot of bus lines: C57, R1, R4 and 24.
