Bisher stets gute Erfahrungen mit Venere.com. Villa Sole ist eine Ferienanlage, deshalb gibt es kein Hotelfoyer im klassischen Sinne. Der Service ist gut, die Belegschaft sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich wohl. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, ruhig und behaglich- einzig das Kinderzimmer ist ein schlauchartiges Gebilde von ca. 1.5 Meter Breite auf 4.5 Meter Länge und nichts für Klaustrophobe. Es gibt viele Hausregeln, für die man aber dankbar ist - denn so ist Erholung auch möglich. Die Lage am See ist super. Wir können die Anlage empfehlen.

Coming from Verona or Milan take highway A4 Torino-Trieste, and exit at Desenzano Del Garda. Follow the Salò direction then the indications for San Felice del Benaco.

Die Höhe und Zahlungsart der Anzahlung muss direkt mit der gewählten Unterkunft vereinbart werden. Wenn Sie ein Zimmer mit dem Zusatz "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" gewählt haben, ist die Buchung nicht umbuchbar oder stornierbar. Das Hotel hat das Recht, den gesamten Betrag des Aufenthaltes sofort von Ihrer Kreditkarte abzubuchen.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Indoor parking facilities are included in the price. During the high season (from July 5th until August 30th), guests with a second car pay an extra charge of €5,00 per day.
Bath towels cost €10,00 per person.
Bed linens can be changed (on request) at an extra charge of €10,00 per person.
Extra guests (more than four) incur an extra charge of €10,00 per person, per day. Children up to 3 years of age stay free of charge.
Use of surface marker buoy costs €16,00 per day from July 5th until August 30th, €9,00 per day from March 15th until July 5th and from August 30th until November 1st.
Parking spots for trailers cost €3,00 per day from May 10th until July 5th and from August 30th until September 13th, €8,00 per day from September 5th until September 30th. Free use in low season.
The stay of small pets incurs an extra charge of €7,00 per day.
Final cleaning is not included and costs €70,00 for the chalets and the apartments, €85,00 for the small villas Benaco and €100,00 for the apartment n.10 (the largest apartment). 50% off the final cleaning rate for stays under 3 days.
Airport shuttle service is not included; price available on request.
Rental of bicycles, canoes, windsurfs and tennis court is included in the price.

STORNOBEDINGUNGEN
Up to 30 days'notice: no cancellation fee; 29 - 21 days' notice: fee of 40 % of total rent; 20 days' notice or less: 100 % of total rent. RESERVATIONS: we ask a deposit of one third of the rent to fix the reservation
