House Clara is a small and newly built Residence in Consiglio di Rumo, at a short distance from the lake and Gravedona centre. Casa Clara is near to the main road and shops, but is in a quite area. From the upper apartments you look down directly on the village, with a nice view of the mountains and only 1km to the lake. The apartments are furnished with care and are most comfortable.
Gravedona is in the northern area of Lake Como, and is an area full of history and natural attractions. There are plenty of leisure activities to meet all one's needs. It is an ideal location to bring the family.
A great place for the young, and the young at heart, who enjoy both water and land sports, or for those who enjoy discovering the natural beauty of the lake and all of the surroundings. Gravedona is situated on the western shore of "Alto Lario", and is one of the gems of Como Lake

There is also a pull out sofa bed that can sleep an additional two people. Bathroom with a shower and washing machine, an open kitchen and living room with satellite TV.
"SONIA” apartment 80 m², located on the second floor of the apartment building, accommodating 4 people has one Double bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds/double bed possible. Bathroom with a shower and washing machine, an open kitchen and living room with satellite TV.
"GIADA” ground floor apartment 70 m2, accommodating 2 to 4 people in one Double bedroom and in the basement (with high windows) a second large bedroom with twin beds. a bathroom with a shower, open kitchen and living room.
