Further exemptions may apply, subject to submission of proper documents to the property, to patients, their companions and people staying in the city for specific purposes/duties. The tax only applies to the first 5 nights of a stay, and is collected at the property in cash. 50% reduction applies for 2011: from 1 November to 4 December and 12 to 22 December and for 2012: from 9 January to 3 February, 23 February to 31 March, 1 November to 2 December and 10 to 22 December.

All accommodations (ranging in size from 16 to 35 meters)boast a private bathroom with hydro-massage shower or tub, hair dryer, individually controlled air conditioning, satellite TV with LCD screen, direct-dial telephone, complimentary wireless Internet, safe and mini bar. Free coffee and tea making facilities are also available. Baby cots and extra beds are available upon request.
