Wie schon von anderen berichtet, sehr herzlicher Empfang mit einer Auswahl aus fünf freien Zimmern. Die Zimmer sind sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Dekorationsobjekten. Es gibt sogar ein Zimmer mit Beamer und Leinwand statt Fernseher. Leider sind die Räume im neuen Gartentrakt extrem hellhörig. Man hört nicht nur die Nachbarn, man versteht sogar jedes Wort. Das Frühstück ist sehr speziell, man kann es mögen oder aber nicht. Es wird am Tisch serviert und besteht aus einer großen Anzahl mehr oder weniger aufwändiger Speisen. Wer allerdings so wie ich zum Frühstück nur herzhafte Sachen (Wurst, Schinken, Käse, Eier mit Speck etc.) mag, bringt sich am Besten sein Essen mit. Manchmal gibt es ganz, ganz kleine Wurstplatte, es kann aber auch sein, dass man tagelang nur mit Obst, süßen Crepes, Croissants, bunten Kuchen etc. "verwöhnt" wird. Hier würde ich ein kleines Buffet in jedem Fall vorziehen.

Der Aufenthalt dauerte vier Nächte. Die Zimmer, die an der Strasse liegen sind durch lauten Strassenverkehr nicht zu empfehlen. WWir waren das erste Mal in Tropea.
