Zimmer mit Meersicht sind viel schöner. Zimmer zur Strasse sind nicht so schön und sehr laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist.

What a beautiful place!! Wonderful view from the hotel room over the bay and to Portofino. Easily connected by train to all cities along the Liguarian coast (and for really less money!). Very good connected to Santa Margharita in Ligure and Portofino by boat and by bus. Centrally located in Rapallo. But you should know that there is no sandy hotel beach and this beach is very very small! To go into the water is a bit difficult because of the stony ground. But the view is wonderful: swimming between a church, sailing yachts and the beautiful hills!!! There are some small beaches nearby (with entrance fee of about 3 Euro). The place is a bit noisy because the main street is along the beach. Rapallo (except this street) is very silent at night, i. e. no fancy place for young people! - I was there in September. I (37 years old) definitely want to come back!
