Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis; Ruhig und sauber. Etwas ausserhalb in einem Industriegebiet, aber noch gut mit U-Bahn zu erreichen (Station ca. 400 m entfernt); Tiefgarage(gegen Aufpreis)mit reichlich Parkplätzen.
