Das Hotel liegt nahe am Bahnhof und ist deshalb ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Bahnfahrten nach Venedig. Sichere Garage für Auto oder Motorrad. Direkte Umgebung des Hotels sehr unattraktiv, Fußweg ins Zentrum von Padua relativ weit. Frühstück war nicht so toll. Man sollte unbedingt Capuccino bestellen und nicht Kaffee (dann bekommt man Nescafe). Frühstücksbuffet sehr süsslastig.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ist daher ideal für ein paar schöne Tage in Padua. Die Lage ist zwar nicht so schön, dafür ist die familiäre Atmosphäre umso netter.

Nettes Hotel. Es gibt bessere Lagen (da die Eisenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe verläuft). Aber bei geschlossenem Fenster bekommt man davon kaum etwas mit. (Ich weiß allerdings nicht, wie es im Sommer ist, wenn man das Fenster vermutlich öffnen muß, da keine Klimaanlage im Hotel ist.)

Sauberes 3-Sternehotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Die Lage unweit des Bahnhofes und nur wenige Fußminuten zum Altstadtzentrum lassen das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert erscheinen. Für den Preis hätte man sich aber mehr als ein vegetarisches Frühstück erwartet. Insgesamt aber sehr empfehlenswert.

From Milan: take the A4 highway and exit at Padova Ovest. Then follow the road signs for the city centre and train station. Cross the railway bridge and then turn right. Continue along and turn right again after the traffic lights. Hotel Al Cason is just a few metres ahead, on the right hand side.

By train
From the train station you can reach the hotel either by taxi or on foot. Exit the station, turn right, and walk through the underpass. Follow along and turn right at the junction. Hotel Al Cason is just a few metres ahead, on the right hand side.
