Die Zimmer im Hotel waren sehr schön, es waren jedoch immer Geräusche aus den Nebenzimmern zu hören. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend; schade, dass ich die Inhaber des Hotels als äußerst unfreundlich erleben musste. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Abendessen im Hotel!

From the A11 Firenze-Mare highway direction Pisa, take the exit Montecatini Terme. Follow the signs for the railway station. Once you see the station on your left, continue straight ahead along Corso Giacomo Matteotti in direction of the city centre. When you arrive in J. F. Kennedy square turn right in Viale Bicchierai, the hotel is just in front of the Redi thermal bath.
