Der Urlaub war eigentlich schön, bis auf eine wichtige Sache: Nach acht Tagen haben wir endlich das Superiorezimmer bekommen, für das wir gebucht und gezahlt haben. Man hat uns mit einem einfachen sehr kleinen Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick, hoch auf dem Beg am Ende der Anlage, betrogen, obwohl wir Superiore gebucht haben. Die Hotelleitung erbarmte sich erst, nachdem meine Frau massive Hüftschmerzen bekam. Das Zimmer für die restlichen fünf Tage war dann wirklich superiore. Ein Schwimmbecken, mit dem das Hotel wirbt, war gesperrt. Küche und Bedienung sind super.

Unmittelbar bei Ankunft wurde uns als Erstes die Karte für das Abendmenü und zweitens die Preisliste für die Schönheitsfarm im Keller schmackhaft gemacht. Beides wollten wir nicht, wurden wiederholt damit konfrontiert. Wichtiger wären Informationen zum Busverkehr gewesen, denn nur so kommt man zum Hotel und wieder weg. Auf Nachfrage gab es dann tatsächlich ein Fahrplanheft und eine Sorte Standardtickets. Mehr aber auch nicht. Das Klima im Speiseraum glich einem Wartezimmer. Schon während des Frühstückens wurden die Tische für das Abendessen eingedeckt, sobald der mit Zimmernummer dekorierte Tisch abgefrühstückt hatte. Durchaus keine angenehme Atmosphäre.

By car
Mergellina and Molo Beverello are the two ports connecting Naples to Ischia. The trip with the ferry boat takes around 1 hour and 10 minutes while with the hydrofoil the journey is around 50 minutes.

By train
From the Napoli Centrale railway station, take the bus n.2 and get off at the Piazza Municipio stop. Then you can reach Molo Beverello on foot (it is about 300 metres away).

By airplane
The hotel is approximately 1 hour and a half from the Naples airport.
