leider erhält das hotel aufgrund der unfreundlichkeit und ignoranz des personals schlechte noten. nur zwei beispiele: auf die bitte, mir die nicht funktionierende tv-fernbedienung auszutauschen, wurde mir ersatz angeboten ABER NUR gegen kaution von €30,-- und minutenlanges warten an der rezeption bis der gute mann sein privatgespräch beendet hatte... eines 3*-hotels unwürdig! lage und zimmer waren ok!
