At the centre of the so-called trade show and convention district of Florence, the hotel is located opposite Palazzo degli Affari, a short walk from Palazzo dei Congressi and the Fortezza da Basso, home to the most prestigious trade shows of the city.
The property also lies in the immediate vicinity of the church of San Lorenzo, with its Cappelle Medicee, only two hundred metres from Santa Maria Novella, the lovely Gothic church with a multi-shaded marble facade.
