Ich bin überhaupt nicht zufrieden mit den Serviceleistungen des Hotels. Ich hatte einen entzündeten Fuß, habe mir in einer Apotheke ein desinfizierendes Fußbad gekauft und im Hotel um ein Gefäß zum Füßebaden gebeten. Leider konnte man auf meinen Wunsch nicht eingehen und verwies mich auf das Bidet - das viel zu klein war, mein Bein war bis zum Knie entzündet. Die sehr freundliche Frau an der Rezeption hat versucht, auf meinen Wunsch einzugehen, der sehr unfreundliche Mann dort jedoch hat auf ihre Versuche mit arrogantem Schweigen reagiert. Im übrigen war mein Zimmer so dunkel, dass ich auch tagsüber das Licht anmachen musste. Das Frühstück, das auch nicht als bemerkenswert einzustufen ist, wurde extra berechnet. Ich hatte zuvor Hotels in Venedig und Mailand besucht, die weitaus günstiger im Preis und weitaus professioneller im Service waren. Never ever Piroscafo again.

By car
From the A4 highway, exit at Desenzano and continue on Via Mantova. Proceed onto Viale Guglielmo Marconi and turn left on Viale Gramsci. At the end of the street, turn right on Lungolago Cesare Battisti, then turn right again on Via Porto Vecchio where the hotel is located.

By train
From Desenzano railway station, take Viale Cavour and then Via Sant'Angela Merici. Turn left onto Piazza Malvezzi and then right onto Via Porto Vecchio, where the hotel is located.

Transportservice Piroscafo

Guests receive preferential rates at a car park located only 400 meters from the hotel; the daily rate is €6,00 on weekdays and €9,00 on weekends.
