Besuch der Sehenswuerdigkeiten. Beide Stadtteile ("Bergamo Alta" und "Bergamo Bassa") sind eine Reise wert. Zur Zeit bwird am Hotel gebaut,was waehrend des Tages die Ruhe beeintaechtigt und mit Staub verbunden ist.

Zimmer Nr.5 war ein Souterainzimmer mit Fenster auf Kopfhöhe zum kleinen Innenhof. Das Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden, da am Tag der Innenhof gestrichen wurde und als Raucherecke des benachbarten Restaurants genutzt wurde. Nachts war das Öffnen nicht möglich, da bis ca. 2:00 die Dunstabzüge, Gespräche der Küche und die Spülgeräusche zu hören waren. Da das Zimmer am Treppenaufgang zur ersten Etage und zum Frühstücksraum (ohne Fenster im Keller) lag und direkt vor der Zimmertür die einzige Couch des Hotels (als Ersatz für fehlendes Foyer) stand, trafen sich hier die Hotelgäste nachts zwischen 2:00 und 4:00 Uhr, um zu reden, trinken und zu essen. Erst spät, nach 30 Minuten ermahnte ein Hotelangestellter zur Ruhe. Bis auf die günstige Lage in der Citta alta und ein einigermaßen gutes, aber winziges Bad, war die Übernachtung eine Katastrophe. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis passt gar nicht, das Hotel mit diesem Zimmer kam uns vor wie ein Jugendhotel/Jugendherberge.Die Hälfte des Preises wäre angemessen. Gäste waren viele laute Jugendliche. Insgesamt sehr unerfreuliche und teure Erfahrung, vielleicht, weil wir nur eine Nacht zum Prepaid/Not Refundable Preis von 105,- € gebucht haben? Also für eine Übernachtung, um am nächsten Tag weiter zu fahren, nicht zu empfehlen, da kein Schlafen möglich. War kein richtiges Zimmer mehr verfügbar? Die riesige Baustelle vor dem Haus sollte man zumindest erwähnen, weil dadurch tagsüber das ganze Hotel vibriert. In Ihrer Skala lässt sich die Null(0) leider nicht anklicken.

Kleines, idyllisch gelegenes Hotel. Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Bergamo. Für italienische Verhältnisse ein sehr umfangreiches Frühstück (Müsli etc.).

Kleines, nettes Hotel in interessanter Altstadtlage mit schöner Aussicht. Kleine nette Zimmer mit Terrassen. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Wir würden wieder kommen.

From the railway station, take the bus line 1A and get off at Colle Aperto bus terminal or take the bus line 1 and get off at the Città Alta stop.

By airplane
From the Orio al Serio airport, take the ATB bus service, leading you directly to Colle Aperto, in about 20 minutes. As you reach Colle Aperto, cross Piazza Mascheroni.
