Die Rechnung muss direkt in der Unterkunft beglichen werden. Sollte die von Ihnen gewünschte Unterkunft eine Anzahlung benötigen, so ist dies in den "Stornobedingungen" angegeben. Die Höhe und Zahlungsart der Anzahlung muss direkt mit der gewählten Unterkunft vereinbart werden. Wenn Sie ein Zimmer mit dem Zusatz "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" gewählt haben, ist die Buchung nicht umbuchbar oder stornierbar. Das Hotel hat das Recht, den gesamten Betrag des Aufenthaltes sofort von Ihrer Kreditkarte abzubuchen.

Additional 50 euros on top of total price displayed will be added for final cleaning and admin fee.
Not included: additional 25 euros check in before 3 PM and from 7 to 9pm.

check out after 11.00 am: 40 euros, if the apartment is available
We will debit 20% of the total price to confirm reservation, the remaining 80% are due cash at arrival + 300€ security deposit only on VISA and mastercard. The deposit will be reversed whitihin three working days after your leave if there is no major damage in the apartment. If you cancel less the 30 days before arrival or in case of no show, we will debit the total amount of reservation.

STORNOBEDINGUNGEN
When booking you will be charged of 20% of total price of stay, this amount is not refundable. The rest of the payment (80% of total amount) is due in cash when you check in. If you cancel less then 30 days before arrival , or in case of no show, you will be charged 100%.
Sie können Ihre Buchung ohne Stornierungsgebühr bis 30 Tage vor Ihrer Ankunft über die Seite Ihre Buchungen stornieren. Wenn Sie ein Zimmer mit dem Zusatz "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" gewählt haben, ist die Buchung nicht umbuchbar oder stornierbar.
Diese Bedingungen gelten ebenfalls vor der generellen Stornierungsfrist des Hotels.
