By car
From the M25 exit at Juction 7 onto the M23 South: continue on the M23 onto the A23. Follow the signs to Brighton. On reaching the town, follow the signs for the sea front. After the Royal Pavilion (on your right), turn right into Kings Road (A259) at the seafront roundabout. You will find the hotel on the your right-hand side.
From the South West (Exeter): follow the A30 to Honiton and join the A35, passing Dochester by turning onto the A31. Take the A31 onto the M27, continuing onto the A27 to Brighton. Follow the signs for the sea front and turn right onto Kings Road (A259) after the Royal Pavilion (on your right). You will find the hotel on the right-hand side.
