The penthouse apartment is composed of a quadruple room, a triple room with one double bed and one single bed, private terrace, kitchen, living room with TV, and fully-equipped bathroom. It is ideal for groups up to 6 people.

There is also a triple studio by the Barceloneta Beach, composed of one double room, living room with a double bed, private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace offering spectacular panoramic views of the city. It is ideal for up to 4 people.

All accommodations are located on the 4th floor with the exception of the studios, 60 mq in size, sleeping 4-6 people, which are situated on the 5th floor.
