I was quite worried about our stay because the reviews for the hotel were AWFUL on Tripadvisor but we absolutely LOVED the hotel. Ok maybe the decor was slightly tired but it was all very bright, an extremely spacious room with absolutely fantastic facilities and a lovely big shower. The room was serviced evey day no matter what time we left and generally, we just LOVED it. The staff couldn't have more helpful and friendly and there was a really great concierge too who knew EVERYTHING about the island. Truly we loved it. We couldn't have had a better time.

Chambres mal insonorisées bruit du parking et de la route. Peronnel strictement anglophone et pas très coopératif avec les étrangers; pas de petit déjeuner; mais compte tenu de la rareté et du prix des hotels à key west celui ci offre un bon rapport qualité prix
