The customer service was lacking. When I first called the day I was arriving the man I talked to on the phone was rude and unhelpful, I believe his name was Alex. When I landed I called again and got a hold of a more helpful employee. Then the promised shuttle took nearly an hour to drive the short distance from the hotel to the airport to pick me up. On the day I was leaving the shuttle driver was ten minutes late and did not even apologize for her tardiness. To top it off she kept texting while driving me to the airport.
