Crowne Plaza Toulouse was up to the normal standard for this hotel chain, and the location in Toulouse is excellent, right on the attractive main square. the price when we stayed there (120 Euro) was good for this class of hotel

The most expensive internet use of our whole stay in France 10 Euro for 24 hours is well out of order. We all know the Hotel buy an unlimited package download for around 80 Euros per month so why even charge the clients ???.

The hotel is conveniently located in Toulouse main square and (although this makes it a bit noisy at night if you have a room directly facing the square), is ideal to visit the town and shopping. Rooms are spacious and well rapported to the price.

poor service in the bar area. have to wait for ages to get someone even after complain to the concierge. 30mn wait to get a tea at 4 P.M. with tables all around with still cups of coffee from the morning.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. Reservation must be canceled two days prior to arrival in order to not incur in a charge equal to the first night's stay per room to your credit card. Taxes may apply.
