We were looking for a place to stay the last night of our trip before heading to the airport the next morning, and this hotel met our needs. It's not very close to the airport, but there is a free shuttle van. It's not quiet -- lots of highway noise -- and the restaurant was quite poor, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Not a place to stay if you are touring Milan, but just fine as an airport hotel.

Overall my stay was comfortable. The hotel needs to improve on the noise level in rooms from corridors and sounds of water flowing through the sanitary system. I also noted some of the hotel staff cannot speak English.

How to reach Hotel Crowne Plaza Milan Linate

By car: Motorway A1 for Milan, then the Eastern Spur Road in the direction of Linate Airport. Exit to Linate and follow the Paullo Idroscalo Est signs. You can see the hotel immediately on your left.

By plane: from Milano-Linate Airport (3Km from the hotel), it is possible to reach the hotel by taxi, the approximate cost of which is 30,000 Lire or, alternatively, you can take the free shuttle to the hotel (available from 6.00 to 11.00 and from 19.00 to 24.00 every 30 minutes. From 12.00 to 19.00 it is available on demand). From Milano-Malpensa Airport, it is possible to take a taxi, the approximate cost of which is L. 180,000.

By train: from Milan Central Station, it is possible to take a taxi to the hotel, the approximate cost of which is 50.000 lire.
