When leaving, I asked an employee if she had a form to comment on my one night stay because even though it was only 1 night, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Downstair they have a bar/restaurant and all the employees were helpful and smiling. My clubsandwich was good and the breakfast buffet was just what I needed to start another 14 hours flight. As it was the one closest to the airport I was expecting something less nice especially because of the price. I'll go back if I ever go to Phoenix again. Oh, and I put a 6 for the surroundings only because it is not downtown but it is perfect for the airport.
