Hotel reception was quite unfriendly.A refrigirator to store medicine wouold have costed 30 Dollars extra.Our request for additional sheets and blankets was met only after asking several times.The doors of the rooms cannot be shut quietly, so it is very noisy when your neighbour gets up early in the morning while you still want to get some more sleep.Every morning the room maids tried to enter the room while we were still asleep. Swimming pool had to be paid extra. Alltogether I should not recommend this hotel at all. There are better hotels around Times Square for the same price.To polish up a house externally is not enough if the inside is wrong.

For 4 nights we took a room with 2 kingsize beds for the whole familiy (4). Great idea with a good price/quality ratio. Great fitness center

Excellent location just next to Times Sq. Breakfast restaurant was extremely cold all mornings and staff we on some mornings (depending on shift manager) both rude and unresponsive ad on other mornings (with a different shift manager) kind, welcoming and responsive.

Good hotel, good rooms (and quiets), good location (but crowded), kind personnel. It has Free Internet for each 20 minute session. The price is not cheap but is one of the best relation in Manhattan. Even it has a gym which saw but did not test. A hotel to choose.

The hotel was under a lobby renovation and some services wa not good. The looby first. But the hotel is a very good one. Maybe someone should have told us of this thing, or maybe not... Anyway the hotel is a good one and the staff is capable and competent

Location in theatre area is excellent. View down to either Times Square or Hudson River. Very close to the drop-off of sightseeing busses. A fairly short walk from Central Park. Our room was spacious and had been redecorated recently - it seemed very oldfashioned though. But all in all fine.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per 7 notti.Il livello è da 4 stelle. Si trova a 10 metri da times square, con tutto quello che ne deriva. Ottima posizione per raggiungere qualunque cosa, ma gran casino. Noi comunque stavamo al 40esimo piano e non sentivamo niente.La nostra stanza era comunicante con un'altra e si sentiva un po' troppo rumore...Non c'e' frigobar perchè c'e' il servizio in camera 24*7, ma è costosissimo. L'hotel è in ristrutturazione perciò c'erano un po' di disagi tipo martellamenti alle 8 di mattina. Da un 4 stelle non me lo aspetterei. La zona è stracolma di posti dove mangiare, per cui anche la colazione l'abbiamo sempre fatta fuori.Noi abbiamo pagato 7 notti 1200 euro tasse comprese, ma avevamo il cambio stra-favorevole.

This hotel is currently being renovated. For the price I paid I found it quite expensive, considering no breakfast was included. On checkout our bill contained about four different types of tax that we had to pay which we were not notified about. The only thing in favour of this hotel was where it is situated. This was my first visit to New York, and if I was to go again I would stay at a different hotel, that would be less expensive because at the end of the day all we had was a double room.
