It was the first time we used this hotel and we will definitely be back. very convenient if u have a stopover at manchester airport. only problem we had was that the visa used to book the rooms was charged without my approval, it caused some problems when i went to pay with another card, I had to be refunded etc. This may be a Venere.com problem though. Not sure yet.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. Check-in: the rooms are available from 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.
