I was extremely disappointed with the use of disposable plates (styrofoam) and silverware for breakfast. There are multiple signs that trumpet your commitment to the environment, but it seems that this is all greenwash, and you only pursue these initiatives when it makes less work or cost for you (i.e. less laundry). Although we were happy with all other aspects of our stay, we will not stay at another Country Inn Suites until you properly address these issues. This hypocrisy is not good for the Country Inn Suites Brand. I will share these concerns with all of my friends and family, who are also concerned about these issues.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and so close to everything. We stayed for 2 nights and there was a hockey and basketball teams there. Never heard and thing at night. Breakfast was more than I expected, hot tub big and warm.
