Country Inn & Suites New Orleans French Quarter - New Orleans

This hotel is in an excellent location. Not in the French Quarter but close enough to make it easy to get to. (with the French Quarter being so busy and noisy we were grateful to be a bit away from the hustle and bustle). Our room was very comfortable and clean. My only criticism of this hotel is the fact you eat on plastic plates with plastic knives and forks and drink out of plastic cups. I found that to be quite insulting (& certainly not very environmentally sound).

Great location, (short) walking distance to all central activities and streetcars. Comfortable, good service, clean and good value for money. Pool is very small! Airport transport $33 per taxi vs. shuttle $20 per person.

Very nice hotel. Really clean, quiet and very well situated (5 minuts from Freanch Quarter). I would recomend it to friends.

Central for visiting the french cartier.very clean and original rooms. little pool but enought for refreshing in summer. good breakfast but served in recycling dishes. Valet parking expensive, 23 dollars per day. in general very good hotel and very central

The property is well located close to french quarter & canal street. The room has all the usual ameneties you need but the size of the room should have been bigger. The people at reception has very little knowledge of the city. They had only one answer "GO BY TAXI". I had to expolore thru internet myself how to reach Best Buy Or Lakeside shooping or even Wallmart by using public transport.I never faced it during my stays earlier. They allow to use a common PC with printer. Breakfast was nice & adequate

Very satisfied, very clean and quiet rooms. Will definitly be back at this hotel if planing a trip to New Orleans. It is great to come back to the comfort of our room after a full day walking and visiting...should have stayed longer !

The hotel was lovely, nice atmosphere. Only the rooms upstairs were noisy because of airco-units probably on roof. But we enjoyed our stay and would choose for this hotel again, but then on floor 2 or so. Good front desk tour manager, and in the evening bar open for an cocktail, with and without alcohol! that was cosy, friendly bartender. Hans en Ina Groeneveld

This was our first stay here and we would stay again. It is a very convenient location. The hotel and rooms are very nice and comfortable. I was especially happy that it was very quiet. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Overall, it was great!

We were disappointed that we were unable to guarantee a non-smoking room. I requested one when I booked the hotel and called the hotel the week before we arrived, but we still ended up in a smoking room. No non-smoking rooms were available.

Had to pay $35.00/day to have my van parked. Hallways and rooms were ice cold. City is getting back into shape, people were friendly and upbeat.

Good friendly service. This is my first stay at this hotel near the French Quarter.
