Comfort Hotel Royal Zurich - Zurich

I very much enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Well-located, close to train station and old city in a quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was plentiful, the single room though fairly small had ample storage and all amenities, the internet computer provided in the lobby for guest was very convenient. The air conditioning did not work in the single room they provided me at first, but then the hotel kindly relocated me in a fully renovated double room with very efficient AC, for the price of the single. They did all they could to help and went beyond what I expected of them.

Well, it s a good hotel and the persons who work there are really cool, i loved my 4 days passed there, it s close to the train station, and there it s the cente, no problem with the noice.. loved it i ll go back there for shure

Hotel is better than opinions of other costumers in this page, but not extremly good... employees:good--- spacious:so small!!!

Perhaps the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. rooms are so small that you keep bumping into furniture. breakfast is a joke - no fruits, no toast, only 1 type of egg - scrambled. internet at hotel is chargeable, across the street another hotel, its free. If u want to spoil ur holiday, this is the place to stay. the hotel claims that tram 10 takes u direct to airport, it does, but in zurich u can tram 10 from virtually anywhere and reach the airport.

The room was a single. Absolutely minute in size and very noisy due to the trams outside. Ask for a rear room to get less noise. Also I could not see any heating, or method of lowering temperature, but it was warm ,even for November.

A good location and the hotel room is prefect! If you come out from the Zurich Main station, it take a walk for around 10 mins only. Their breakfast is good as well and all their staff are very nice.

The rooms offered was quite small. when I booked in Venere , I had mentioned two adults with one child 4 yrs old on parents bed. But in the hotel i was told to pay CHF 40 for my daughter extra.

Conveniently located hotel (exactly on tram station), walking distance from main train station and then short tram trip to hotel. Do not attempt to walk to, very steep street. First stay was in a no frills room and second was in a better room with view to the city. Very clean with good bathrooms. Not much space in the room.

A nice budget hotel. Good value, but non-smokers were on the 7th floor and the elevator only went to the 6th. Other than that, our stay was perfect.
