Nice hotel, but near to railway lines so a little noise, quite a distance out of dc, taxi $15 each way but hotel did do a shuttle mornings and evenings.

The room itself was nice but our room was located right beside the elevator. There was also a train track right outside our window. Between the train and the elevator, we didn't get much sleep. We had planned to stay 3 nights but left after the first night.

Service was inconsistent. Attempted to check in before 3:00 and some people were being checked in and others were being told to come back at 3:00. TV did not work and it took the seoond day to get it repaired. Valerie, sales manager, was very responsive to problems and resolved them. This was an unusually busy time for them during the Presidential Inauguration. The price was especially good for that time.
