Comfort Hôtel Tours - Tours

We stay in Tours for 4 nights: the hotel is nice, but rooms are very narrow and bathroom very minimalist. But its location is very strategic for visiting the chateaux of the Loire. And the courtesy of the staff makes the stay very enjoyable!

In August, with no air-con or fans in room and room on ground floor, so could not leave window open; it made room very hot and hard to sleep. It is worth checking for outside temperature before booking.

Drove to the hotel using the TomTom GPS. The hotel address is corect, but the unit got us to the opposite end of the street. After asking for directions we ended up at the right place. Entrance to the hotel is off another street.Easy to downtown or out to Amboise and other valley areas. A car is recommend parking lot is locked and you need a pass code to get in and out

Hotel in buona posizione, un po decentrato rispetto al centro di tours. Camere pulite e confortevoli. Colazione abbondante. Da consigliare.

In the room there was a hard smell of smoke, probably before was a room for smokers! Terrible. We had to sleep with the window open. However the welcoming was very good.

Car a must - excellent location for touring around the loire valley. nice room,clean, quiet and a bathtub! would love to have had tea/coffee in room, but breakfast was really good. use of internet (3 euros/30 mins) was great. exceptional price.

I found everything as I wished to find it. The staff was perfect and well smiling

Room was as expected with the comfort hotel chain. buffet breakfast was very good.

Room a little small for 3 persons

This was the second time we had stayed at this hotel, just for one night as we drove on to spain. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they even phoned us at home before we left to check our arrival time as the car park is locked and you need a code to access the property. The room was nice and spacious and very clean. Would certainly recommend and hopefully be there again next year. And they take dogs!

There is no air conditioner. I travelled during the summer and was too warm.

We stayed very well in this hotel, and recepionists are very kind and very professional. It has an excellent relationship between price/quality. We suggest it !

Found the hotel to be very comfortable and staff very helpful. Only minor criticism was the food and drink was expensive.

L'hotel offre un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. E' situato in una zona periferica ma vicinissima al centro città e piena di supermercati, centri commerciali, pubs, ristoranti fast-food. E' comodissimo in quanto dotato di portineria automatica dopo le ore 23.00 e con un ampio e tranquillo parcheggio interno. Lo consigliamo.

Nice facilities located in poor location. Shower had no curtain.

Good for a single stopover if you don't want to visit the old town or go anywhere other than a well-known fast food outlet for your tea! Watch out for the TV services if you have children with you!

Should have been asked if we wanted a non-smoking room up front. No shower curtain in bathroom. Missing aircondition

Clean room but the bathroom was not very pleasant.water alover,amateurish.in the mornig we could not get out of hotel ,doors lokt ,receptionist overslept, but breakfast was very good.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel,otherwise we were satisfied with the quality for this prize.The receptionist lady spoke English very well which was a nice surprise.It is worth to have breakfast in the hotel (fresh orange juice!).
