The only two real comments. The first is that they are building a new bridge across the street from the hotel and things can get a bit noisy after 8:00 AM. The second is that the woman at reception somewhat abrasive when I checked because accidently did a double booking by mistake. Also the rooms are bit small by American standards. Otherwise, it's an very good hotel in a very good location at a very good price with an excellent Alsacian breakfast buffet.

Très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la gare, tout le centre peut se faire à pied. Chambre avec vieux parquet et des grands lits et bien insonorisé. Très sympa. Manque de chance, il y avait la braderie le samedi matin qui a commencé dès 8h. L'insonorisation très bonne, n'a rien pu faire cette fois-ci. info: il y a un office de tourisme dans la gare.

We stayed for two nights in a hotel. The rooms were very, very small. But the cleanliness was very good and the bed was also pretty good. But the price for parking in the vicinity of the hotel garage was € 10, - per each day and for the breakfast € 10, - per person per each day were much too high. So all in all, the hotel was o.k. We would again this hotel next time still prefer. Jochen Alix

The room was o.k. and the location of the hotel is central. But my creditcard was charged twice, once with the amount of the roomrate (60 €), which I signed. On the report of the Creditcard I saw a second booking (115 €). After complaining at the hotel they told me, that I had broken a table and they had to charge me for that. The hotel never asked me about that and I had not broken the table. What a lousy trick!

Very sweet hotel in middle of Strasbourg. All places in center can be reached by feet. Employees are very kind and friendly (also german speaking).

the hotel is in the centre of Strasbourg but it was reasonably quiet apart from the occasional tram not noticeable except in the early morning. Otherwise we found nothing wanting ans#d was very good value

This hotel was rather disappointing for us. The furniture in the rooms and the beds were in terrible condition (looked extremely old) and the bed matresses bad. The toilet's door was a sliding one and not well-fitted, you could just see through! Bathroom was tiny, room rather small. The area is not the best of the city either. Very hard to approach by car (the road in front of the hotel is normally closed to traffic with exception for residents, but you can't see that written anywhere on the website or reservation receipt). My overall review may be a bit biased by the above remarks, but these are the images this hotel left me with. I have to say the staff were friendly and made a good effort to speak English (a rarity in France). Very keen to provide maps, directions and answers to everything. Much appreciated guys!

Everything was good, only the bathroom is to small and the woodenfloor make some noise. The Hotel is advisible. Renny and Ralf was there.

This was the first time we stayed in strasbourg and the time in the Comfort Hotel was nice. But the room didn't have a shower cabin and it was very loud. If someone was on the toilet next room, you've heard everything. The Hotel is in the middle of Strasbourg and you can reach everything by feet or tram.

A perfectly ok, basic hotel in nice surroundings in Strassburg. A bit loud from corridor, though. Our room was very small but ok for the price paid.

Certes, je n'ai pas indiqué au départ que j'étais fumeur mais pourquoi m'attribuer une chambre non fumeur sans me demander quoique ce soit. Par ailleurs, la chambre était réellement toute petite (les portes ne pouvaient pas s'ouvrir complètement car le lit occupe toute la chambre) pour un prix correspondant à une grande chambre. L'employée du samedi matin a essayé de faire en sorte que l'impression finale ne soit pas si mauvaise. En vain.

The only problem is the parking. 10 € per day is too high and no other possibilities were close to the hotel. Also not always this parking service is available.

Se si arriva in macchina è difficile da raggiungere ma la posizione è ottima per visitare il centro e a 50 metri c'è un parcheggio pubblico sotterraneo. la nostra stanza era molto piccola ma pulita.

we got a really good deal for a few nights in this place. Really nice city but I would advise all visitors to include a weekend in their stay as the hotel prices are significantly cheaper then.

Das Hotel wird bei venere 50 % günstiger angeboten, als bei Direktbuchung. Winzige Zimmer, aber gepflegt. Top-Lage. Mit Garagenstellplatz.

J'ai passe 3 jour dans cette hotel. Il se situe dans le bon endroit et c'etait tres pratique. Ce qui me plait est que l'acuille d'hotel etait tres gentil. Je pense que c'est un hotel pas parfait mais tres charmant. Je vous conseille avec confiance si vous cherchez un hotel pas cher et comfortable.

This is an excellent hotel in a perfect location for exploring Strasbourg. My only critiques are that the night staff was not particularly helpful and they did not tell you that breakfast was not included in the cost of the room. They charged 9 Euro per person for breakfast, which was overpriced.

this hotel was in the town's center which was very acommoding and a facility for us because we were coming by train and the railway station wasn't far from the hotel. we have been satisfatied.
