Generally the staff were welcoming and efficient. The ensuite bathroom of the petit double and the lift were smaller than expected. One could hear oustide ground level noise from the 5th floor even when the windows were shut. The cleanliness of the rooms and toilets needs more attending to .e.g.., towels not replaced on a daily basis, rubbish not removed. The breakfast was tasty but there is scope for further improvement e.g., further choice of foods. The advetising from venere.com needs to specify that breakfast here is not included in price of room and is as such is a separate cost(9 Euro per person), this was only realised when we were having breakfast.
