In Paris City Centre, it is not easy to find a good value hotel. Our price for a double room was 70 Euros/night without breakfast. When compare with other hotels in different countries, you can get more service with this price, at least breakfast included. However, the hotel is in the 1st periferic of the city and it is close to the Chateau d'Eau metro station line 4 and Gare De L'Est train station where you can go any touristic place of Paris easily. If you want to use the hotel just as a dormitory for sleeping without any other comfort expectations during your stay, you can select this hotel.

Very convienient location - near to main stations, Metro and can walk to city centre. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean - very small but it is Paris city centre.

Located in a rough neighbourhood, it was easy to travel around the city. metro was only 5 mins away.
