le parking sous terrain est très petit il est important d'être capable rouler au mm pour pouvoir y entrer et sortir sinon pour le reste rien à redire excelent hôtel .

Upon my arrival the hotel was overbooked and the night receptionist was very rude, did not provide any helpfull information and did not provide alternative accomodation. He even made a fakse accusation that my room was not available due to the refusal of my credit card - the story that was set straight the next day with the manager. Do NOT visit this hotel.

address of comfort hotel in web pages was wrong. when we arrived the comfort hotel in area 20 (I don't remember exact address) Hotel man asked us move to another comfort hote in area 9 or 10 which we have stayed for 4 nights by taxi (kindly Hotel paid taxi fee) Everything is very nice except wrong address. Thank you for support and help.

The inn has small rooms but you cannot expect much for the price we paid. I am glad that I asked for a car space to be reserved as they only have a handful of spaces and it would have been very difficult to park around the inn. It would have been nice if we had been told the price of the parking, as the web site does not suggest that there was another charge for this. It is an experience getting the car out of the garage, so if you have a large car or a really long one, i would think twice about using the garage. Over all, the hotel was picked for the price and the metro links were within a couple of minutes walking so we were happy.

The room was not as shown in the picture it was quite small and agian we booked a double bed and got single beds. We were not given a choice. The location was a long way from the city centre but it was close to the metro and easy to get arround. They could have given better instructions on how to get there.

Shower fitting and bath taps unsafely fitted to wall.Reported them to staff and no action taken.Otherwise,had a great stay,staff very friendly,breakfast and breakfast room were both excellent.Would visit again.
