Comfort Inn Bezons - La Défense - La Défense, Paris

Not very clean - bathroom had toothpaste splattered on back of door and black fingerprints. A bit run-down. Desk staff was wonderful and welcoming and very helpful in describing how to use transit to get to city centre. Not really close to centre with a 30 min bus ride and then a subway trip but worth the convenience of not driving in heart of Paris. Breakfast was OK but not stellar. Tried to get drinks and late night snack at restaurant but was very confusing for staff as we did not want to buy the whole buffet meal. Were it not for friendly proprietor we probably would have checked out and found other accommodation.

LOCATION LOCATION. The hotel is located in a residential area on the outskirts. During business hours it takes at least 30 mins to get to the nearest matro, La defense, by bus. The bus is crowded like most in Paris. This is for a business traveler, not tourist, inless you are driving. The rooms are larger tahn normal for Paris shoecoxes, OK and the internet works. Outside is a North African area but safe.

The stay was great and we were pleased at the comfort provided. You need a better map of how to get to the hotel. City maps did not cover the area the hotel is in.

Das Zimmer war zum Teil klein. Das Bad war recht angenehm und räumig. Die Hotelpersonalen waren recht freundlich und sehr entgegenkommen.

Bus ligne 272. Arrêt devant l'hôtel. Circulation très chargée au niveau du pont de Bezons.

Un des meilleurs rapport qualité/prix près de Paris.Seul inconvénient:Pendant le weekend les transports publics ne desservent l'hôtel que jusqu'a 22 heures,donc il faut impérativement rentrer en taxi ou visiter Paris avec sa propre voiture.

This hotel is not actually located in La Defense as stated. It is still a 20-30 minute bus ride further than La Defense and the last bus leaves at 10p.m. If you miss the last bus then it is an expensive taxi ride to the hotel. I would not stay here again as it is just too far from Paris. Also, the hotel webiste advertised a free airport shuttle that did not turn out to be true. However, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were the best part of this hotel.

Much better than espected, both the hotel and the local area with shops and restaurants.

The Hotel is very easy to get to via subway and bus, the bus stop is in frot of the hotel. The staff is very helpful, and the room was clean, confortable and quiet, although spartan. The only negative comment is the hotel entrance was hard to find, as the sign over the entrance is for the restaurant, and the lobby is not what I am used to seeing, but this is my own shortcoming. I would recommend staying here to anyone seeking a quiet comfortable place to spend a night, and the value is hard to beat.

The staff could not do enough for us. Very friendly and helpful. Time to change the carpets in the rooms though. Great value for money.

The hotel can be considered ok. the fact that it is out of Paris, makes it inconvenient when teh goal is to know Paris. The locations is quiet.Therefore it should make it cheaper becasue much money is spent on transportation. Rooms are not cleaned well. Overall environmnet is pleasant, friendly staff.

I think is too distant of centre of Paris, about 1 hour. A little problem in the first day, the douce do not work. Repaired in the second day. The rest is OK

The rooms are somewhat spartan, but very calm. The staff is very kind and obliging, offered services and breakfast are excellent. By bus, it takes 30 min. to La Defense, 1 EUR a ride. Reception is open 24/7. If you have some business in La Defense, or just want to have a cheap stay at Paris, I'd really recommend this hotel. I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Me and my friends spent 5 nights in this hotel and we were very satisfied. As young people, we spent most of the time exploring Paris and its surrounding, so we use the hotel only for sleeping and breakfast. I really liked small cute room and always clean bathroom. Also hotel is out of the centre of Paris, but get there doesn`t take more than 35 minutes, area around hotel is guiet and nice, bus stop is right in front of the hotel. I can recomend Hotel Comfort Inn in Bezons to everybody.

The only real negative remark I can make is that getting to and from the hotel (into La Defense) is difficult and, when one has to take a taxi, costive. This might put people off to use the hotel again. Which is a shame.

A very good hotel to stay in. requires a 15 minute bus ride to get to la defense main rail station. as all bus and metro rides cost only one euro the location of this hotel is no problem. the staff are very friendly but a problem can arise due to lack of fluent english spoken. overall a very good place to stay in paris and it is highly recommended.
