Comfort Suites Maingate - Kissimmee, Orlando

Great Hotel, very good service !

Me and my husband were on holiday and had picked up this hotel mainly for its price and category - therefore not demanding or expecting anything more than what we got in terms of service and location . The only BIG MINUS there was the Lady at the information desk : mean , nasty and without a clue ( sorry to say that , but people stay away from asking any information to her , especially if you do not have time or feel like being bossed , as absurde as it can seem...). I finally have to confirm the poorness of the breakfast ( as I was able to read from my predecessors visitors here on Venere ).

The air-conditioner was loud enough to drown out the exterior noise and probably keep some up at night). Breakfast (although included)was average at best. They definitely struggle with enough room to sit the crowd .. everyone gets up about the same time to hit Disneyworld by 9am! Stayed for 4 nights, same old biscuits and gravy every morning. Had to ask for fruit to be filled 2 of the mornings. You usually get what you pay for, and in this case it was ... just a clean bed for sleeping, good location to get to Disney easy and quick.
