Comfort Inn Times Square South Area - Manhattan, New York

6floor,twin bedroom In NY, Hotels cost so expensive. Location was so convinient, but in morning, outside street was not cleaned up.

It was our Honeymoon and our first visit to New York, the Comfort Inn was recomended to us by a family member. It matched their description and we were not disappointed. The complementary breakfast was an added bonus. The hotel is in a great location for getting around the city. There is not a great deal of space in the bedrooms but they are sufficient for a city break when you spend your time out and about. We would stay again and recommend to friends and family. Great stay. Close to main city attractions. Rooms are small but comfortable.

We enjoyed our trip. Did not stay in the room much but it was an excellent location for Time square and the theatre district. Also close to subway.

I got surprice when at the hotel give me information about the tax. The total tax was around of the 18%, it is definitly higher but I don`t know until this moment if this rate is normal?. Sorry by my answer later.

Very helpful staff. Very good to have breakfast at the hotel which is otherwise rare in NY hotels. Over all good value for money.

The hotel was conveniently located a 10 minute walk from 42nd Street subway. The rooms were not very large which presented some difficulty storing suitcases but we managed OK.For two ladies staying for 5 nights the wardrobe was a little small but just adequate. The bathroom was a reasonable size. Housekeeping was good.The breakfast room cannot accommodate more than 12-14 people but we overcame this problem by taking our breakfast back to our room. We thought that the food on offer was good value, fresh & refilled regularly. The reception staff we dealt with were excellent.The concierge service was adequate but one person we spoke to did not have a good command of English. I would return to this hotel as it representd good value (by New York standards) in a convenient location with the added bonus of the provision of breakfast.

Great location but breakfast location in basement was too small. About 20 people could be eating at the same time and that gave some waiting time during our stay.

Tax were higher than we thought. For 3 adults very small closet.

Housekeeping services were awful. Dirty towels left on the floor were put back for use (they had distinctive stains so we could recognize them). Linen did not seem cleanly. Breakfest room is to small and you have to wait. They charged me a wrong credit card despite the fact they were especially warned about the way I wanted to be charged and they couldn't cancel that. But the location is great.

Spacious room, good breakfast, good service.

I stayed in one two double beds because I travelled with friends, we were 4 totally. Our staying had been very good.
