Have already complained to you about quality of rooms and the price. No refund as yet!! Seem to be two hotels serviced by one reception. No information re meals, no information about Lourdes. Rooms dirty and not what we booked as per your confirmation. Disappointing first visit to Lourdes especially since we had visitors from UK who came particularly for this visit. Will not be repeated in the foreseable future and definitely not this hotel. We live in France and operate a gite and if we presented our property in this way we would not have any bookings at all. Since complaining to you we have not heard from the hotel either about our complaints. Is it the norm to just ignore your customers comments?

LOVELY HOTEL IN A GOOD LOCATION EASY WALKING DISTANCE TO THE GROTTO IF YOU ARE YOUNGER. THE AREA IS GREAT PLENTY OF SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS. WE HAD A GREAT TIME. WE FOUND THE OUT DOOR POOL IT WAS A BIT COLD BUT THE SUN WAS VERY HOT. CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WAS EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT WE GOT. SO WE FOUND A BAKERY THAT DID LARGE BAGUETTES AND COOKIES THAT WERE QUITE CHEAP. A LOVELY HOLIDAY
