Very close to the bus/train main station. Very clean. Normal size room, just like any other hotels around the area. May be priced a little bit high compare to others. Lots of coffee supply. Nice receptionists.

Excellent position for who arrives in London from Stansted Airport and transfers with Terravision buses to Victoria Station; The hotel is situated at just 30 meteres from the bus stop and 2 minutes walk to the underground. Rooms are clean and confortable.

The location was ideal, the neighborhood felt safe and clean. Easy walk to/from Victoria Station. I like the sound of trains, so at first the noise didn't bother me but the squeaky brakes were really annoying all night long. We had trouble with the internet and the A/C on our visit, which caused a lot of headaches. The staff seemed to always assume I was doing something wrong and repeated the same instructions to me over and over without really listening to the nature of the problem. It took a few days of insisting that they needed to do something about it for the problems to be resolved. Also, I was sure I picked a reservation with breakfast included, but when I got there they said it was not, so we had to buy breakfast every day. Two big features I looked for in a room were decent wifi so I could stay in touch with work and family, and a breakfast every morning so we didn't have to go out. I was disappointed on both counts. Other than that, the staff were satisfactory, the room was very tiny but clean and the bathroom seemed fairly new and recently upgraded. Some towel racks or clothes hooks would be nice.

Nice central Hotel near Victoria Station, clean with friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is at an extra cost, Only complaint about hotel was when you book a single room, you get a very small single bed, to me it seems a lot of money for a small single bed, I know London is expensive but I thought the hotel might have normal size beds and breakfast.

I had booked 2 family (quad) rooms in march 2014. We were allowed early check-in by the staff. Even though I had earlier read about noise from trains in the rooms, I myself did not experience it. The rooms were nice, clean and hotel location is splendid with close proximity to tourist locations.

For my purposes, the location is excellent: 2 mins from Victoria Coach station, 5 mins from Victoria train station. Good room heating. Excellent shower-toilet. lots of hot water, Lux gel, Dove. Lift worked. TV and kettle in room. Down side was some nights some guests were very noisy late at night.Noise travels well.

We travelled in a group and wanted to discover some of the well known sights of London in 2 days. So our stay in the hotel was short but on the right place to come to all the sights we wanted to visit. Bus and underground links are very close to the hotel. The breakfast was not really worth the price of 6 pounds-that`s the only negative thing.

The location of the hotel is excellent since it's in zone one, close to underground and there is a coach station around, so it's extremely convenient to go to different places. The cons is that some rooms are close to the rails, and it can get very noisy at night. The window can shield out most of the noise if it's close, however, it's just too hot in the summer. However, the staff at the hotel are quite impolite. They don't greet with you at all. One staff was lecturing another staff for being slow right in front of us, which is extremely un-professional (And honestly, I don't think the other staff was slow at all). The hotel offered some discounted tickets for several attractions. DO NOT buy it from them. I got tickets for St. Paul's Cathedral, Tower Bridge, and Tower of London. They don't give you real tickets, but just a paperwork saying that you already paid. They're saying that with that paperwork, you don't have to wait on line. However, not all the staff at those attractions familiar with those papers, so they ask you go back to different counters to get tickets, so we ended up wasting more time than waiting on line for tickets. Not all three places that I mentioned above has a discount, even the one that has (St Paul's), it's only like 1.5 pounds per ticket. Also, the staff at the hotel told me that I have to get a ticket to walk up to the Tower bridge. Depending on how far up you wanted to go. If you wanted to go all the way to the top of the tower, then yes. Otherwise everyone can get up to the bridge. The room is small, but it's good enough for a sleep.

On the whole it was Ok, but if you want to rest you should ask for a room in the main building near the station, not in the building opposite that looks out on the railway tracks. You can hear the rattle of trains until late at night and very early in the morning, so if you're a light sleeper, you won't have a quiet night even with earplugs on. Apart from that, very quiet area, great location near Victoria Station, main attractions, very clean. The rooms a bit small, though. Probably a bit expensive for what you get, but London is like that. Quien quiera dormir bien, mejor buscar otro hotel cercano o en el edificio principal.

We were in London for six days and our stay at the Comfort Inn was very pleasant. The room was small but very clean. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and well appointed. The hotel was near Victoria Station and we could hear the trains constantly but we didn't mind . They actually put us to sleep at night!! The hotel was conveniently situated to trains and underground and there were many good restaurants in the vicinity. We would definitely stay at the Comfort Inn again when we visit London.

It is difficult to give a proper rating for the review because it depends where your room is located in the hotel. Initially we were on the first floor directly above the train tracks. It was impossible to sleep and at that time we regretted booking at this hotel regardless of the great location and reasonable price. As soon as another room became available we were moved to a higher floor, where the noise of the trains was not so overpowering, and at that point we were very satisfied with the room, and happy to be at this hotel. So we had two completely different experiences during our stay, and would return to this hotel only because of the more pleasant second half. The hotel should offer ear plugs or a white-noise appliance for those people unlucky enough to be given rooms 106 or 107.

Breakfast was light, but good selection of fresh and healthy foods. The rooms were small in comparison to American standards but overly spacious when taking into account London customs. Even though they have signs posted that towels will not be changed unless the used ones are left on the floor, I received a new towel every day. The beds were a bit hard and the rooms were by no means sound proof, but the staff was VERY friendly and helpful! I was expecting the size of the bathroom to be about the size of one on a cruise ship by reading the previous reviews, but they were much more than adequate! The rooms were kept VERY warm so it was nice to come in from the 30 degree (F) weather all day to a nice cozy room! The location so close to Victoria station (lots of shopping, dining, theaters, etc) meant that no matter where I went on the tube (underground), I was centrally located and didn't have to travel far to go to all the sights!

My stay at comfort inn Buckingham Palace was ok. My single room was quite small (as usual for single rooms anyway) and it might be too small for a long stay (I stayed just 3 days). It was very tidy and clean; bathroom was recently refurbished, relatively spacious and comfortable. My room was not as noisy as I could have expected according to many reviews of other guests. keeping the window closed, I could hardly hear the trains; I might have been lucky with the assignment of the room, i don't know. Staff was nice and the hotel is generally clean and tidy. good value for money by the way. Location is perfect for victoria coach station for example although the area is quite residential and there is lack of shops and bars (you have to reach victoria station, which is anyway just 5 min walking).

I have been to London many times and stayed at four and five star hotels. Due to having friends with me who couldn't afford such I had to find economically priced hotels for all to stay at in Central London. The general experience was great. Good clean hotel, excellent location with basic breakfast, clean rooms, suitable bed and en suite bathroom and internet service. All that is required for the tourist or business traveler. As a frequent business traveler to London at least three times a year, I will definitely stay there again and save on the cost of the higher priced hotels.

In general we are happy with our stay cause the hotel were clean and just only a few minutes walking of most of tne main sites of the city!! Near the hotel (only 1 minute walking) you have the Victoria coach and Victoria train station and several buses stops so you can reach almost every corner of the city. The only thing we didn´t like a lot was the atention of the people working in the reception...except one guy during one of the nights, the rest of the people were not really friendly...but in general this is "normal" in London, people look hungry all the time!!! Please be HAPPY!!!!!! Maybe other thing that I would improve in this hotel is the quality of pillows and beds...but we only now about room numer 402...the pillows were really unconfortables!!! But as I said we would go back again and repeat!! Nice place!!!

My first time to London. The hotel is conveniently located within a few blocks of Victoria Station but the information failed to note that the hotel is practically over the train tracks entering the station. None the less I was dulled to sleep by the "clickity-clack" of the trains as they went by. The rooms were small but efficient and clean. The breakfast was satisfactory and the free internet access was convenient. The desk staff could have been a little more helpful as I had informed them it was my first visit and I did not get the "complete" story on using the buses. Excellent hotel, very closr to Victoria Station, the Tour Bus, and the Coach Station. Rooms were clean, bathrooms clean and a good continental breakfast. Staff was very helpful and there is free internet access. Will stay there again on the next trip to London. Bus from Coach Station to Heathrow was 2 pounds for Seniors.

For the price the property was not so comfortable (Comfort Inn) that closed windows muted outside noise. The air conditioner was a not-so-comfortable fan. Coffee dispenser never worked while I was there. Property tried to charge me twice, once on arrival and once on departure.

The staff was extremely solicitous, helpful, and nice and the location was great. Really liked the free breaky and all day tea. The rooms were nothing fancy, but were clean and nice and had good water pressure. Recommended for the price -- which considering the value of the US dollar to the pound was still spendy for us... :)

Good location, close to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace but noisy, since its right behind the station and the trains go about 50 meters away from the Hotel. If noise is not a problem, its well located, great restaurants 3 blocks away, a walk to Buckingham Palace, and very nice and attentive employees. Good breakfast. Would definitely stay but not recomended for those that need quietness to sleep.

Upon arrival, I was received by a very nice young lady who immediately gave me a fairly large, clean, and lovely room (#102). I would certainly use this hotel again. It's conveniently located near the Victoria Station and the area is safe for a single woman. Thank you for everything!

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Although the rooms are a little small and stuffy they are very clean and have all the necessary facilities required. Of particular note was the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff at reception. Overall a very good value hotel in the heart of London.

Easy access to Victoria Train station and coach (bus) station. Nice, clean, quiet hotel, and with a good breakfast buffet. And--best of all-free and easy wireless (wifi). I will definitely come back--reasonable price, good quality. And the room is clean and spacious.

Although I had booked the room 3 months ago, they gave me the worst room in the hotel, in the sotano, 4 meters, without window. It was no possible to sleep there. I phoned Venere to complain and finally the second day they gave me another room that was normal, spacious and with a window to the street. I think the first room can't be offered in a three stars hotel at the price I paied.

The location of this hotel was really easy to find, when you arrived to Vitoria Station, you can find the exit for Vitoria Coast Station. When you reach the Vitoria Coast Station, Comfort Inn Buckingham Palace is on your left hand side only. Since they arrange the LG1 floor for me, a little bit notice and it can be easy to hear the train in and out !! But the overall feeling is Ok, the service of their staff just can say OK not so good and not so bad.

Stay and room was okay, but unfortunately checking out took more time than reasonable. The clerk thought his incoming phonecalls were more important than the people waiting in line. And each phonecall was accepted with a lot of sighing and was responded with eloborate browsing through a pile of papers or databases on his computer. Between two phonecalls he started to help a party that appeared later than I did. A major mistake by this clerk, who with this lack of client focus showed that he was not qualified for the hotel business.

l'albergo è molto pulito, carino e comodissiomo come posizione. L'unica lamentele è per le dimensioni del letto un po' piccole. Il personale, comunque, è disponibilissimo. Grazie a Venere ho trovato, penso, il miglior albergo di Londra che unisce posizione-prezzo-pulizia.

This was perfect for the centre of London. The only minus if you don't like trains is that it is right by Victoria Station and our room did not have double glazing. Other than that the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed a fantastic stay in London. I thought the hotel was very good value for situe.

This is the second hotel that we stayed in London. The reason why we picked this hotel is simply the location and price. We only paid £69 per night and breakfast for two was included. Since it was located at the back of Victoria Station, close to the coach station, it was hard to find from the main entrance of Victoria Station, specially it was the first time for us to be in London. Once we find it, it was pretty handy for us to travel between the hotel and the station. In fact, it took us less than 5 minutes to walk from hotel to the station. The room is a bit small but it is normal in London. However, the bathroom is big with the London standard. I particularly like the size of the shower. A bigger than average person can take a shower there comfortably. So, with the price of £69 per night, it was a very deal. Since we needed to catch a early morning flight flying out of London, we did not have time to have breakfast there. Again, since the hotel was not far from the Victoria Station, going to the Gatwick airport from there was trouble free. 90% of the sidewalk from the hotel to the Train Station was fully covered so we did not need a rain cloth even it was raining that morning. The only problem for us with this hotel was the noise. We got a room in the basement located very close the main entrance. Yes. Our room was in the basement or the LG. We could hear who was entering the hotel and who was leaving the hotel. The sound proofing between rooms was good but the noise of people walking or wheeling their luggage above us still travel down to our room all night long. If you are a light sleeper like me, you would have some problem sleeping there; even the bed is very comfortable. Another issue was the window. Since the room was below ground level, everyone walking by would see everything in your room. We needed to have the curtain closed at all time. So, rooms in LG level is not recommended if you are light sleepers or if you want some privacy. Besi

Everything was great, but if you prefer open windows, the hotel is right next to the Victoria Station rail yards, so you hear trains all the time.

Very well located. However, you could hear the trains nearby (did not disturb my sleep but could incommodate some people). Breakfast was very basic and offered less selection than at another 3-star Comfort Inn in central London. Also, they ran out of some foood items way before the end of the breakfast period.

I stayed in a single room, and the space was more than adequate for one person. It was also clean, and I felt secure there as a single woman traveler -- even though I arrived quite late at night dragging a bunch of luggage & obviously looking like someone from out of town, because the area around Victoria Station is FULL of people looking like that, so the streets don't ever seem vacant or threatening. That said, they're also not beautiful: this hotel is close to the coach station and a major train station, and the real reasons to stay there are convenience and price, not aesthetics. You might not want to stay at this hotel if you are extremely sensitive to noise, because there's a fair amount of noise from the train station. The trains don't rattle the windows or anything like that, but you do hear their brakes screeching a bit as they arrive at the station. This picks up especially early in the morning. I wore earplugs and it didn't keep me from sleeping, but I was definitely aware of it. The staff was helpful. The phone in my room was broken, and they got me a new one within about ten minutes. Breakfast is pretty good: several kinds of cereal, toast, juice, yoghurt. The coffee comes from one of those machines that can make espresso, capuccino, hot chocolate, whatever. All in all, a good deal.

The hotel was in a good location which enabled us to walk to many of the sights in London. The room was newly renovated, clean and quiet. The breakfast provided cereal, bagels, yogurt, juice, and toast which gave us a good start to the day. The hotel clerks gave good recommendations with regards to restaurants and places to go.
