I booked 2 rooms (5 of us) because they were 2 person and 3 person rooms. One of the rooms we were given was big enoughh for all of us so I returned the 2 person room. At checkout I was charged the full price for both rooms and the Breakfast. I kept quiet and gave the clerk the opportunity to do the right thing, but alas he did not. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

L'albergo è realmente NON corrispondente a quanto pubblicizzato. I servizi sono completamente non realistici. Il ricevimento, posizionato tra la cucina ed il ristorante, è impregnato degli odori di cucina; l'arredamento delle camere e dei bagni è a dir poco scandaloso, la disponibilità degli addetti è invalutabile, la colazione semplicemente scandalosa, è stata addirittura quasi inesistenze il terzo giorno di permanenza poichè, a causa delle troppe persone residenti (fiera Ambiente) erano finite le scorte. la posizione dell'hotel, a 19 Km. da Francoforte e distante almeno 600 metri dalla metropolitana di superficie periferica lo rendono alquanto scomodo. cosa altro dire se non sconsigliatissimo?

take A66 motorway and exit at "Frankfurt", then take A5 motorway and exit at "Hannover", then take A661 motorway and exit at "Offenbach". Then proceed on road 3 and exit at "Friedberg" (Karben).
From Munich:
take A3 motorway and exit at "Frankfurt (Airport)". Then take A661 motorway and exit at "Bad Homburg". Then proceed on road 3 and exit at
"Friedberg" (Karben).
From Hannover:
