Comfort Inn Oceanside - Deerfield Beach, Fort Lauderdale

My grandson and I had a terrific time. He wants to return again next year. Everything was great, the pool was inviting and we stayed there most of the time. The walk to the beach is a short walk and the beach was super. They had all the amenities at the beach and there were families, singles and couples. Not too crowded either and safe. The breakfast in the morning was very good with even fresh-cooked waffles. The staff from the manager down to the desk help,housekeeping and all the others that worked there was excellent. They were all very friendly and asked continually if there was anything they could do for us. It was really nice and made the stay that much more enjoyable.The only drawback that I had was the housekeeping of the rooms and other areas of the Inn. They really need to clean more thoroughly and think about new linens, blankets, carpets and maybe assign a supervisor to go after the housekeepers finish a room and do a check to be sure the rooms are clean and smell clean. Other than that we had a terrific time, the price was excellent, the convenience to the beach, stores and all the neighboring areas was super. We will come back there again.
