During the first day they mounted some structures outside the room (amazingly the window was left open and after that it was impossible to close it for all the stay). The other days they started working at 7.30 am, drilling, hammering and shouting. It was like having road works inside the room! The comment we received from the general manager was simply that they have been told to start only at 8h30m!!! Moreover, the carpet was so dirty that we couldn't stop caughing!

Saisfactory location and access to public transport.Unsatisfactory non recording of request for parking.Double booking of room resulted in late night intrusion of room-bad security situation for which compensation was made of no-charge breakfasts.House computer available.

Well I am disappointed from the price for the room and the conditions that were in the room, in fact the room was small and the accommodations in the room were old and dirty. Also I will never rate this hotel as a three star hotel it should be two stars hotel.

A bit off center (15 minute walk to city hall) but across from a lovely park and near the water. Very friendly and helpful front desk. I didn't have breakfast there, just some of the free coffee. Would recommend for any kind of stay apart from romantic getaway.

The Hotel is very well located from the main attractions like the Little mermaid, beautiful garden, Queen's Palace and the Boat rides, And if you dont mind walking then Tivoli is also 20 to 30 min walk which is interesting as most of the part is walking street with shops and restaurants. The staff is genuinely helpfull and informative, rooms are good, clean and confortable. The hot coffee made available to guest is most welcome

The hotel is much much more than you would expect from the website. It is perfectly located for trains and open space whilst being very close to the centre. I would definitely recommend staying there, its relaxing, peaceful, excellent breakfast, friendly environment, perfect for a business trip or a relaxing break! Highly recommended!!

Only two days in Copenhagen. Hotel is expensive as all the Hotel of the city. The zone is very quiet and safety with a big park behind and near a metro station. Hotel and rooms are clean, hostess gently and breakfast good (to pay apart). Room and bathroom are small but for me it is not so important.

Conveniently situated for mainline station, bus and harbour bus, so easy to use as base for sightseeing. Breakfast (very good) was charged extra, tell reception if you have missed any or they might charge for the entire period. Bed was twin pushed together rather than double, bathroom slightly creaky but adequate, but generally comfortable and we would definitely stay there again.

My stay was starting with a free upgrade: that can explain my high scores. Anyway, the people are nice, the services fine, though poor customer attention during breakfast. Recommended hotel from my side, with competitive prices when you think that you are in Copenhagen!..

Nice hotel in a very quiet location. People at the desk very nice and helpful. But... I reallly expected more for a 3 stars in Copenaghen: in the room you could spot places not exactly cleaned (dust on the bed head and on the tv; soap dispenser non deeply cleaned). To continue with the bathroom, no carpet towel to go out of the shower, no shower cap that together with non height regulate shower make you either to wash yourself with one hand or have your hair wet.

Staff extremely helpful as I was new to Copenhagen and stayed for the weekend. Little extras like fruit and coffee was really appreciated. Location was superb. Suggestions: Provide tea as well. Some paint is required in some areas.

Had a good experience at this hotel. However, 10 days later stayed at Comfort Hotel Europa across town and got charged about double the stated price. 6000 dk for four nights stay. Don't understand.

Good location for UN offices - more comfortable than the other Comfort hotel further up towards the train station. Parking in courtyard, 95DKK/day, very competitive and off the street. Free internet access via coupon based wireless hotspots. Right on o2 route, so easy to find.

The location was nice and the breakfast buffet was great. Some minor issues on the room - The bathroom was not too clean, and the heating in the room and the water in the shower was limited. I would like to mention one person at the front desk in particular who did her job with excellence, giving us really good tips on where to go and what to see.

Hotel is situated in a pleasant area directly opposite a park and is within easy walking distance of Nyhavn and The Little Mermaid. The Parken Stadium is a brisk 20 min walk. All reception staff spoke excellent English, and the room was clean and quiet. The buffet breakfast was excellent but cost an extra 95dk. Would stay there again.

This hotel looks a bit shabby from outside and the public areas are minimal, but the rooms are clean and tidy, there is good parking behind the hotel at a reasonable price, and the breakfast room is clean, tidy, spacious and with a good buffet on offer. The hotel is very well situated for the sights of the city, and the bus routes are very close, with buses easy to catch and understand.

You write that breakfast is included, but it cost in fact 90 dkr. You should change that
