This was the first time that we had stayed at the comfort Inn in Chur and the location was great. Obvioulsy the hotel was also fantatic but having said that it is Switzerland and the prices are high.The location was right in the "Altstadt" and for a one night stay it provided us with an excellent chance to wander around and admire the lovely buildings etc. The reception was really good at advising us were to eat that didn't break the bank and we ate at a restaurant just a minutes walk away but have forgotten the name. I ate a typical Swiss dish called"Apfelmakaroni" This was a huge dish with macaroni noodles in a cheese sauce with bacon and onions and then a side dish of apple sauce served on the side which is to be eaten alongside the macaroni. It sounds like a bit of a mish-mash but was delicius. My husband had a bbq'd chicken dish which was also delicious.

Booked 6 months in advance and had the biggest room in hotel - excellent, most spacious wee have enjoyed. Also fortunate to be given a parking space at the hotel. Bit noisy on the Saturday night but otherwise full marks.

The room was a large room overlooking the pedestrianised street outside. Even with the windows open, the room was quiet. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I will certainly stay there again when I am next in Chur

Hotel was a bit clinical, staff ok but not that friendly. Breakfast ok but limited choice. Location was good. Overall, value for money.

The hotel was very good with location withing walking distance of Train Station. Uphill on the way to Hotel but downhill on the way back. An ideal Hotel for an overnight stay to travel on the Glazier Express. The room was large compared with other rooms that are normal for Europe.

Basic and efficient hotel for a comfortable quick stay (one night or two) in the pedestrian zone of Chur. No restaurant, but some are available nearby. Within walking distance from the train station, post office etc. Parking space is limited : book yours in advance. Parking near the hotel, even when allowed, may induce some old Swiss ladies passing by to talk to you to tell you that it is "verrrbot". Of course, with a Franch car ID, it was tempting to do so.
