All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and can't wait to return to Chicago. And we'll certainly stay at this hotel again. Very handy to attractions restaurants and bars.

The location is excellent for the price charged. The room was quite small to accomodate confortably since we could hardly open the luggage if not on top of the bed. We do recommend it though, and would certainly stay there again.

Our room was fairly small, but it worked well the way they had it laid out. By the end of our weekend, the room felt just right. It was very clean which made the experience wonderful and the size of the room negligible. The hotel is located close to all of the places we wanted to go, including Pizzeria Uno which is on the same block! The complimentary breakfast was always stocked and full of choices. Great stay and wonderful experiences!

Stayed 5 nites - great location, small but nicely finished room, better than usual Nor Am breakfast of sticky buns. Not a hotel to hang around in but there's much to do and enjoy in Chicago
